wake up the world

we need it

The world is lost i rage and hate,
two emotions that are strong.
I do not need to complicate,
this path is not right, it's wrong.

This world it tries to destroy pride.
for any that are not alike.
it makes you want to run and hide.
from the people you dislike.

Because of all the paparazzi
it has become a common belief,
that a proud german is a Nazi
and a black man is a thief.

The worst are the stereotypes they keep
and the broken rules of thumb
not every jewish man is cheep
and not all blondes are dumb

These people don't see reason,
their thoughts, they have no rhyme.
But it nears the end of their season.
They're running out of time.

The world, it needs a wake-up call
before we return to dust.
I hope they learn before they fall,
but I will ignore them, if I must.

It's a shame that some people cant form their own opinions of the world. They just sit back and digest whatever "truths" are fed to them. I enjoyed the part about the blondes. lol...

When I go on my break at work sometimes...there's a blonde lady on CNN. I dont remember her name, but she makes people look absolutely ridiculous. If you go on her show...you better damn well know the issue like the back of your hand or you're getting pwnd...lol
