You ARE beautiful!
In every aspect of the word!!
Bold, Exciting, Articulate, Unique, Tantalizing, Intelligent,
Fanciful, Unbelievable, and oh so Lovely!!!
Some things you can do without when there's beauty within,
Why must the heart suffer from what the mind can't comprehend?!
So what if you're not like some other girls!!!
I don't want other girls...I want you!!!
Flawlessly flawless in your attempts to point out your flaws and all...
but, none of us are perfect, we rise and we fall!
And maybe, just maybe, I like your so-called "imperfections"!
You know, the way you snort when you laugh...or how
you speak with a lisp and sneeze like a mouse...or even the way
your right eye squints and your left eyebrow raises when you smile.
I know I'm not perfect!
So why would I demand something of you
that I don't even possess my damn self?!
I don't feel incomplete without you,
cause I am a complete person in my own right!
But...100 percent of me plus 100 percent of you
makes for a great relationship...don't you think?
You're so focused on things beyond your control
that you can't see what's staring you right in the face!
I call it..."far-sighted love"!
You can see way off in the distance just fine,
but you can't see me standing here...I want you to be mine!
You don't recognize your own beauty,
but I'll show you gradually. How long must we pretend
before it becomes reality?!
Truth be told, if I didn't want you,
I wouldn't give you the time of day!
But I DO want you!...And if I had it,
I'd give you the sun, the moon, and the stars above,
but more importantly, I'd give you my mind, my body, and my love!
God must've had a smile when he planned your birth,
cause I wouldn't and COULDN'T trade you for ANYTHING on this earth!!!
...And for that reason, I wish you knew your worth!
I wish you could see you, how I see you and admire his work!!
I wish the greatest explorer of the greatest generation would
search and search and NEVER find a beauty to replace you as first!!!
I wish your haters would lurk around the fountain of youth,
but lack of truth about you would prevent em' from quenching their thirst!!
I hope this poem is getting through to you,
I hope you know how much I really love you!

This was amazingly sweet. I loved these lines:

I can tell you right now that as a woman this is exactly what I want to hear!!!!!
I mean lovey love poems are great but tell me I'm beautiful when I have all the
stuff the media says I should'nt possess. This is great I loved every word of it!
It's so true we try to be better our physical all the time, and as we take that
journey to "perfection" we are so hard on ourselves and never look and appreciate
what we have right infront of us.

My favorite part so many people don't understand that two broken
