Without you I am lost and alone

I fear that I have no one to hold

No one to love, no one to care

Without you I am not there

I'm lost with out you can't you see

The pain in my heart was dull in the start

but now it burns as hot as a million suns

Without you sleep fades

My nights now feel like days

Without you i do not feel

because if I do the pain feels too real

Without you I am nothing

I feel as if I am an empty vessel

Without you I am not whole

I am merely pieces of a kindred soul

Without you it's hard to breath

My lungs fill with air, but it stops there

My life is a mess 

For it is starting to put me to the test

Without you I can not see

My love for you will not fade

Darkness starts to invade

Without you I am just the darkness that surrounds me

Without you I am lost and alone

The fear of having no one to hold is now burned into my soul

this is a touching lovely write

I wrote this after my ex left me. A few weeks later I found out the real reason he left... He left me for an 18 year old that he told me that I never had to worry about.
