the blue bird and the fox

the blue bird and the fox

A Poem by phjasmine
"

friends made of foes

"

A small little blue bird sitting on the twig

Surrounded by a thorn bush blooming in the spring

Singing at the night sky ‘moon please set free’

A fox in the distance hears the small bird’s cries

Runs up to greet him or maybe just to eat him

Tares through the thorn bush risking life and limb

Gets to the blue bird and now there friends for life

And now as you pass the bush if you listen carefully

You can hear the fox and blue bird singing in harmony.

I believe that your poem means this: great and lasting friendships can come at any time. I love how you have created the fable aspect here. Or you find the fable yourself? Either way, its good! XD
You have a couple of spelling and grammar errors. You can probably find them, though! Great poem!
