This is so true Phil, just had a brush with anxiety which caused depression, scariest time of my life, came out of nowhere and been with me since February but I think, I'm afraid to say it in case it comes back full throttle, but I think I'm through the worst of it - and I absolutely agree with your cleverly written poem - well done

But I know the fear that you mention. My means of survival over the years is to keep telling myself that...however bad it gets, I always come out of it....and often "grown" in the process, lol, if that makes sense.

thanks so much that's so kind of you, it's a scarey journey you've done well to cope with it by the .. read morethanks so much that's so kind of you, it's a scarey journey you've done well to cope with it by the sounds of things, my biggest fear was being hospitalised and not being there for the kids, luckily it's never came to that - what a carry on it's startling how many people are affected by this dreaded illness. thanks for sharing and caring :)
