The corridors of my heart

The corridors of my heart

A Poem by philology
"

I think this is how it works with me. Sorry for the clichés.

"

The corridors of my heart

                               have grown mazy and twisted.

The gateways slink and shudder away

              from those who chase them.

If you can find me, though,

                                                    I will take you in.

I will clothe you and nurture you

so that you can want for nothing

because there are no exits in my heart

and because you have broken

                                 my isolation.

There are no exits and so

when you are tired of my heart-home

when the food is too rich

and the warm sunlight becomes too warm

you must rip your way through the walls.

I'm a nomad. I started to lead a very strange life in 2010, and it's only getting weirder. I live very far from where I want to, most of the time. In the past three years, I've lived on three continen.. more..
