One More Time

One More Time

A Poem by Tim Jousma
"

A little piece I wrote about fifteen years ago. All about thinking life is good yet messing up again one more time...

"
Thought I was done
And thought the battle won
But as time raged on
I grew a grateful bond

To the things of the past
Oh, it seemed too vast
To think of some more
Cause I thought my mind poor

Of the thoughts that helped
To create the thoughts to sell
Myself on the idea of
The sanity of true faithful love.

well we all mess up at all times, there's never a time when we don't turn back and think of how good it was, until we messed up. I really liked this. This is something very very relate-able (i know that's not a word). Great job, and good writings to you!
