Don't seekA Poem by nigrum homonculushow i have been feeling for the last couple of months. glad i actually worded this properly...been trying to get it right for a couple of days now.Gripping tightly, it turns to dust. Crushed by the pressure of the word “Must” I “must” have it I “must” find it. I “must” forge it I “must” gorge it. I contemplate…if I was a blind man. I would never seek because I could never see my plans, So would the goals I seek come to me? Or would I be trapped in darkness for eternity. Metaphorically of course it's my philosophy. To be blind is not to seek…an interesting analogy. I don’t wish to be blind, or look at quotes from mythology. I just want to
achieve, without the cynical methodology. So for now I will sit but not with the security, Of knowing that the spoils…will definitely arrive at my
feet. © 2012 nigrum homonculusReviews
