Not listening.

i was winging it with this one through out. weird way of writing but its a straight forward message.

 

Hey I need some help with-

“not now”

Hey can I talk to you about-

“im busy”

I think that we should-

“maybe later”

Why do you always-

“don’t nag me”

Can I just say 1-

“not in the mood”

Can we go somwh-

“another time”

Do you know wh-

“not a clue”

 

Its times like these I just pick up a pen,

to Say the words now that I couldn’t say then.

If you didn’t interrupt you would realize I’m in bad health,

but hey, i guess i'll just keep that to myself.

I like it. seems like an everyday issue in the household, where you have something to say but yet nobody is really there to listen to you. and even yet you use that as inspiration to write a meaning piece such as this.

Wow, this was a wonderfully written piece. The ending was so sad, and they won't even give you the time of day.
