diary of isaac clarke. entry 2

diary of isaac clarke. entry 2

A Poem by nigrum homonculus
"

the second entry of isaac clarkes diary. i tried to stay a bit more true to the story in this one. introducing his deceased partner nicole and how she torments him.

"

The coldest reaches of space,

Cannot put out this fire within.

This anger, this undeniable emotion.

What the f**k is going on.

I have jumped from rock to rock

On the rings of Saturn,

Travelled at the speed of sound

Through a service tunnel.

But this….this….isn’t right.

Nowhere near.

It defies the laws of physics.

The laws of reality.

In this vast station,

I walk alone in the dark,

with only the dead as company.

Hacking my way through misery.

Yet I feel your breath on the back of my neck.

I hear your footsteps stalking me.

I hear you laugh when I trip up.

I hear your voice….calling me.

You were lost Nicole,

And so was your life.

So why are you back,

WHY ARE YOU F*****G WITH MINE.
