gym mindset

the last stansa is something i say to myself everytime before i lift a weight i have never lifted before. it helps.

i train like a warrior 

sleep like a baby

eat like a barbarian

never accept a maybe.

its only yes an no

do an do not.

i live absent of doubt

so my mind don't rot

its not suedo-philosophy

im not trying to be deep

these are promises

that i intend to keep.

my face will hit the mat.

my muscles will tear

the strain will test me

that's something i can bare 

i train like a warrior

a hater will babble

but the only cry i'll give

is before i got to battle.
