er...based off the movie series hostel. pretty much it. kind of dark for my tastes. bit of unfamiliar territory.

Makes me wonder what you mean by two . . . Reproductive organs? The two digestive tracts? Two lungs? Two eyes? Severing the arms? Legs? Cracking ribs?
Reminds me of an olden form of torture used on pregnant woman . . . Where the torturer slits open the uterus, rips out the fetus, then decapitates it in front of the woman. Cruel, yet productive form of torture.
