kind of a rant....i tried to keep it structured. i been writing free verse alot.

They go hand in hand.

you think I’m jacked up

coz I got a workout plan.

They fly at me with pace

You think I’m on the tablets

Coz my size don’t fit my face.

Everytime I pump the weight.

If you’re scrawny I’m sorry

but no way I’m a disgrace.

I really don’t need this

I don’t take the drugs

So don’t take the piss.
