You winA Poem by horror masterSatisfying my demons
I don't know what to do
Perhaps the art on my arm was too soon Nobody knew and so my secret grew It was for me, never for you To realize the pain I put you through As my sanity disappeared from within replaced By the demon within Strong and deeper, the slices became steeper as the Crimson fluid Flowed clear I hear a scratching at my door for I dare not look beyond It's my demons waiting at deaths door They waited patiently for me to give in and welcome them in I struggle to breath All I wanted to do was leave this misery be If I died I would truly know what it would be like To be alive and no longer blind I'm not the wiser so I welcome the liars The deceives, the demons of my nightmares Voices mock me, condemning me They addd to the lines of my painting And I whisper, "you win". © 2015 horror master |
