QUIET BREEZES

QUIET BREEZES

A Poem by Peter Rogerson
"

A few haiku verses and nature.

"

Sparrow in the wind

blow to me across the Earth

let me feel your breath...

butterfly drinking

eastern sunlight far away

flap your wings for me....

hot bubbles rising

through the ocean to the air

drift to me, slowly....

snail on the footpath

slimy trail of liquid pearls

blow a breath to me....

hushed breezes on winds

and I know each fragile one

like a lover's breath...

like yours, possessor

of this crazy heart of mine,

owner of my soul.

Peter ... What is the Creator gonna make of you :) ... He's gonna walk up and give you a hug man.

And whatever you do, don't forget to add me ... You are the D'Artagnan of poetry! and I'm in the process of calling on the other Musketeers to join me in a Quest.

We're gonna write a Masterpiece of Epic ... nay ... COSMIC! proportions. If ya want in ... join us in my group the Paper Tavern. There's only me there for now. But the others are on their way.

Yes ... I am THAT cheesy and HAMMY ... lol .......... so be there or be square! :)
