a paragraph from BY THE LIGHT OF THE CARNIVALA Story by Peter Joseph Swansonfrom my published novel out now in paperback
Walking by the front of the glass house, Joe looked through the glass wall and regarded the maze within and he didn’t think it looked like all that much to talk about. Then there was a small wet spot on the glass. He paused. It grew. He moved closer. He finally made out that it was a condensation spot in the shape of a hand. The spot seemed to grow so cold that for a second he thought he saw a white hand pushing up against the glass.
