Balance, Equilibrium, yin&yang, good&bad, heaven &hell ~ that's how it is and how it goes... we all go through it in one way or another... that's the duality of all things, shapes and form... it's conflicted but both must exist or if not we can't attain oneness of self and oneness of everything around us... that all lies in a balance...

There is no happiness without sadness, and no love without hate. They need each other like the earth needs the moon. In short there is no ''human experience'' without this range of emotions. Personally, I wouldn't want to live in a world where everything was perfect, it would be one dimensional, ––– no contrast, no spiritual growth.
