hamletA Poem by Periacpublished "1998" Dusting off Dreams"
curse the sharp rain and its ice tears
i enter stage left into this town titled recluse my minds hermit and servant sealed this shroud is the sky still blue? can my eyes be saved? as i sit and bleed i enjoy the color as it sings with the darkness "Hark!" screamed the piper out at sunset and a cracking of screams from the river's bed a melody of splashes enjoying the sun under the mushroom sleeping faithfully still cringing he is cold very cold © 2008 Periac |
