Bliss.

Bliss.

A Story by Lexi
"

A silly and short thing I wrote while my English teacher was blabbing about something.

"
After months of feeling like a worthless shadow, I’m starting to regain my density. Waking up is no longer a sin, and the sparkle has made its way back into mine eye. The sun shines brighter, the birds seem to sing sweeter than ever before; countless senses have now sharpened and morphed to create a new and invigorating life. An incredible love of science has spurred while a newly warmed heart settles in my chest. I believe in forever, along with re-birth and miracles. I feel like a new born, brought into the world with a fresh mind and fiery passions. Emotions and true feeling rush through my racetrack veins, constantly pumping and regenerating in my heart. None of it is muscle memory, though. Although this is a great time, one of the best times of my life, it could disappear in the blink of an eye; it’s my duty to keep it going. And based on how it has been going, bliss won’t leave my body for a very long while.

Nice. It's hope. The world needs lots, even if they aren't feeling it themselves.

Very nice and a pleasant read. I can only hope that you are truly experiencing the emotions you describe here. I'm sure you deserve all of the world's sweetness. Good to see you're still around here, too.

Sincerely,
Your Friend.
