Lost and Found

Lost and Found

A Poem by Melissa

the sunlight off your hair

leaves a glint among my despair.

and when all else seems to fall apart,

or when, walking down the street,

or when sitting on a little chair in a crowded shop,

a memory

floats

languidly, lazily to the surface . . .

i’m lost                   momentarily               in reasons

why

       i’m blessed.

Classically poetic and self reflection makes for some of the best poetry. I dig......
