JesusA Poem by Penulis KecilThis probably counts as sacrilege.Religion sticks a little in my throat like a chicken bone, splintered; I choke and gag and cough but I won't deny this.
Some of my friends believe in a Saviour, a God, a Christ-child, a baby born in a manger; some of my friends know how to touch Jesus.
Stroke the back arching up feel the murmur of his breath.
Religion tends to stick in my throat but I believe in Jesus ever since I met the faery lady; and it probably counts as sacrilege.
Some of my friends believe in a saviour, a Christ; some of my friends believe Jesus is the perfect moniker for a feline. © 2011 Penulis KecilAuthor's Note
