Wedding Night

Wedding Night

A Poem by Pennylane
"

We laugh about it to this day.

"
I knew we were true love happy
when you let me babble on,
after the wedding and in the car
driving to the honeymoon,
my dress and our laughter
filling the cab.
And later it showed even more
When, 42 bobby pins and the
maze-like contraption that was
the wedding dress
was removed,
and since I was tired
and full of champagne
you said, "I'll put you to bed"and I fell right to sleep.

Short but satirical. However, I suggest you improve the first line to make it grammatically correct and easier to understand. You have a unique concept here.

Keep Writing. ^___^
