Zen story: The Zen master had a Zenatistic attitude, not normally found in Zen masters.A Story by zennedpenTwo Zen masters have an argument about whether truth can be owned by anyone as their own. Real Zen masters don't ever have attitudes of their own. They let Zen be, or decide, their attitude for themThe Zen master, Arrusta Brochski, was looking for a new monastery to move in to, as he had recently had a fallout, with the head of the monastery, where he was. They had actually argued in front of the students, and Arrusta had accused the other master of being wrong in a way that was really cynically wrong, because he was cut off by/from the truth, by his own cynicistic attitudes. The truth cuts you off from it, as it stops coming to you, when you develop such an attitude. The Zen master, Arrusta, said that, "Truth lives alive only within itself, and within nothing else." "Truth comes alive in you, if itself is living in you, with its roots in love, and if its roots are placed in anywhere, in anything else, other than in love, the truth remains dead in you then." The other master said, "Rubbish, my truth is my own." but Arrusta replied, "No truth can be owned, as it is only available to all, from its bed of love in us all." "Owned truth is false truth." Afterword: The Zen of Zen is love. The truth of love is Zen. The truth of Zen is love. The love of love is Zen.
