A Poem by [Dark]

Waterfalls fell down my face

Onto the desert grounds

But still my wait has continued

With a lack of sound

But still with wait alone

It didn’t revive as once did

It stood dead

The life still hid

But finally I saw

The roots of trees were growing

The sun remained shining

And the fluids started flowing

The once dead dog stood up again

Remembering me

I fought back the tears I held

And hugged him with a glee
