Satisfaction.A Chapter by BabylonNot sure if I like this one.I sat on the porch with my knees up to my chest and a smirk spread across my face. The demon that's been along for the ride sat beside me, giving me a pat on my shoulder. My eyes darted from the punches that smacked against your skin to you loosing your footing and your body bouncing back after every hit. I watched as the bruises continued to multiply on your chest and face but you still managed to not fall on your knees. A quick, cunning crack to the middle of your spine caused you to scream out and finally plop down. As everyone backed off, wiping the blood and sweat off of their faces you stayed there as you tried to catch the wind that was knocked out of you. I finally stood up as I saw the tears swell up, giving a light laugh at how your arms wanted to give out but your soul refused. You thought it was done and the pain was over. I loomed over you and your head turned to look back at me, your eyes asked why but all I heard was a gurgled, "F**k you, b***h." and that just made me smile and shake my head in disbelief you could even speak. I pulled my leg back and kicked into your side so you would finally fall. I told you I'd get you. What made you think that I would let you get away with this? I gave your side another kick, "Roll over." and like the b***h you are, you listened to my command. I quickly grabbed your wrists, digging my nails in them as the rest of my body weight now in my legs pressed down on your beaten shoulders. You winced and let out a groan of pain before I flipped my hair back, staring you down before I let go of your shoulders and now had you straddled in a pin. I leaned close to your ear and said, "I gave you two chances. I gave you my house and you destroyed it. I gave you a part of my life and you destroyed it--But look at how the tables have turned--It would seem it is, I, who has destroyed you." and your eyes grew wide while I pierced through your heart and the fear escalated for a moment before you began to cough up a pool of blood. I just sat back, crossed my arms and thought, 'I'm going to need a new shirt.' © 2008 BabylonAuthor's Note
