I Dream To Create

I dream to create: to create a great love- to create a great family- 

to create an alternate perspective- to create a new understanding- to create a 

work of words that can unite a people- to create a social program that will

correct the uncorrected- to create a public policy that will 

radically change the fabric of our society- to create a passion in 

others that they may otherwise have ignored- to create my own path- to 

create my own standards of success- to create a lifestyle focused on self-

declared personal achievement rather than socially determined individual 

worth. 

Yes- I dream to create. 

To create a book of importance- to create a book of meager importance- to 

create a documentary that affects, infects and transforms the way 

a topic, issue or social phenomena is perceived and understood- to 

create a revolutionary sociological theory- to create an ideology based on my 

deepest passions for truth that can be held by vast populations of man- to create 

a collection of quotes that individually and collectively define the essence of my 

being- to create a legacy, that need not be celebrated to 

validate its significance, but more potently, that’s 

significance is validated simply by its very existence. 

Yes, my dream is to create. These creations, of which idly 

reside in my mind, are the reaction of individual thought with the human 

experience. They are the result of my development of self. They are 

simultaneously the passions of my past and the convictions for 

my future.

Amen to every word of that. it is a great way to view the creative spirit. People often talk of fighting spirit. Well, your lines here a brimmig with writing spirit of the right kind. Now for the hard part ... de-liv-er-y!

You might not create all you mention here in one go, but you have the right spirit that is certain. And that spirit is everything. Learning the moves is hard work. But if the spirit is strong...
