A Thrilling Love Poem

A Thrilling Love Poem

A Poem by P. Bienert
"

I was very fond of horror movies and the like as a kid. I wrote this poem when I was thirteen.

"

I love you!

Do you love me too?

I thought you did.

We were together for so long,

and nothing could possibly go wrong.

But what happened?

You loved somebody else and left me,

without any explanation why you did this to me.

You didn't know how hurt I was,

you were selfish, merciless, and heartless,

you didn't even care how hurt I was.

Not until I kidnapped you while on your way home,

brought you to a place you will never forget.

I studied your terrified expression while slowly sliding the blade of my knife down your neck,

An event you will never forget.

I plunged the knife into your chest and watched you wail in excruciating agony,

Suddenly feeling extremely sorry.

I lost my mind, completely bothered with what I did,

I took the knife and stabbed myself until I completely lost vision.

I'm really sorry my love that I have done this,

but I will never forget your betrayal,

be as it may in the depths of hell.

It might not sound like a real poem because I might have meant for it to be a song, I'm not entirely sure. This was seven years ago.
