Can you?

Can you?

A Poem by Jamie Beals

What is going to become of me and you?

Should we end it now and say we are through?

I can’t handle that, can you?

I can’t be with just only you,

You can’t be with me only too,

I can’t handle that, can you?

I should walk away from you,

Put an end to what we do,

I can’t handle that, can you?

I should act like everything is ok

Smile big and make it through the day

I can’t handle that, can you?

How do we hurt everyone involved?

Rip apart their lives, Turn them upside down?

I can’t handle that, can you?

What do we do from here on out?

What is happening to us, I can’t figure out?

I can’t handle this, How can you?

How do we hurt everyone involved?
Rip apart their lives. Turn them upside down?

That really speaks to the relevancy of breaking up. Every party involved, not just the two lovers are effected. And not nearly enough is that addressed. VERY good job! xx.
