Good VS EvilA Poem by Paul McKendry.Sunlight splinters concrete mountains fracturing tranquility of wooden caves, polluting the purest, sinuous waters. Awaking the worlds parasites and poison that feeds the ample mouth of corruption, providing light to eternally dark shadows. Exploiting the sub ordinate streets of deprivation nothing seems smooth with the sun high, the foreign luminosity will always be accompanied. Broken bones. Severed wings. And executions. We should all live in the safety of the dark not knowing what is there, excavating imagination. Cut the throat of the impossible And leave everything Open. © 2011 Paul McKendry |
