I'm SorryA Poem by MoebiaSo many people take the beautiful privileges we are given in life for granted.
I'm so sorry for having
more than I deserve while you fight for something as simple as a meal I sit upon my riches regarded here as the middle class snacking away idly while you're stomach hasn't been full in weeks I'm sorry that I'm spoiled with music, instruments, and paper when these things I know I truly don't deserve But I would never trade places with you for that is a place no one should be and I know the truth is, I cannot help you I'm sorry for being selfish for poisoning the Earth with exhaust and chemicals the air you have to breath I'm sorry for having a nice house with pillows and blankets when some people are sleeping outside I'm sorry for everything I have and do.
