When You've Hit Rock Bottom...

When You've Hit Rock Bottom...

A Poem by Moebia
"

Just let it alllll go.

"
When you've got nowhere else to go
and you're roaming the street like a bum,
remember that,
I got a place right around the corner.

When you can't stand your life anymore,
and there's blood on your wrists,
remember me,
'cause I got an apartment nearby.

When you hit rock bottom,
come over to my place,
and lay in my arms, while your problems
pour out of your mouth.

I'll listen to you,
give you a drink,
and not the good kind.
We can take the needles
in my old first aid kit,
and shoot up some H.

No, I promise you,
it's okay.
Oh, we'll go sky high,
I'm telling you baby,
everything will be fine.

When you can't even speak,
cause you're just that desperate,
I'll take you under my wing,
take care of you.
We can drink my parent's old vodka,
that I stole when I left,
and forget our names.

When you've hit rock bottom,
and you wanna forget,
just call me,
cause I promise you
I can make that happen.

This was a good poem. It's dark and the rhyme's clever. I have to appreciate that. Great job.
