A Poem by paul

madness
madness
in the street
infinities crumble
beneath my feet
I step off
life's edge
everywhere I go
I wind up
dead

...
perhaps they're meant to crumble
but you've got to write on
as brilliantly
being dead is no excuse

- some times - i'm late - even when i don't have anywhere to be - but your writing - just breaks the din like nothing else could - you're a true genius, mister! -

it's almost like you are haunted by a dream

it's like these thoughts are nagging you. But each time you place the words from a different perspective. If I was to really, really put my pop psychology hat on, I would say you are like an artist brushing single stroke to one day complete the canvas. What will happen when it is complete though? I kinda know that feeling. Then I decided one day that sometimes - sometimes - there are no answers or completion and we just have to skip along making the best of what we have. It made everything easier. But maybe that was just my excuse.

hmmm to your m. M for madness , m for mean and m for megalomania..I hate to advertise but you reminded me of my own "Madness & Civilization" which is a lengthy exercise to this craziness. Well driven poem
