snow in june

snow in june

A Poem by paul

out here in the nighttime
out here in the day

out here in the nighttime
when the wind is away

naked like the sun
alone like the moon

cold like the sun
snow in june

. ah, when it pours ... it pours ... and exposes our cores ... as we wait to heal ... and wait to feel ... with a raw inside ... oh, how we hide ... for when it snows in june ... the night misses the moon ... then shine misses the sun ... and time waits for none ... the magic in your words travels at the speed of light ... i can never let it out of sight ...

I got the shivers just reading that, I like what you've done to express the temperature of this poem.

Snow in June!!!..:) only you could write so..cause how much ever we might classify seasons..we can not always classify the changing seasons within us and put them in slots...I always enjoy reading your poems.

the wind is stripped - of its pretense of movement - it stands still - and in that one moment - exposed and raw - i can hear it whisper - and it sings a song - about snow in june.
