A Poem by paul

days nightime
nighttime days

 the still air gets lonely
when the wind
goes away

away and lonely
lonely and away

the day nighttimes
and the nighttime days

. you're brilliant ... and so true ... so poetic ... and so profound ... and the inherent melody in the way you deploy words and structure lines is sheer genius ... withering and wallowing ... words and the wheels of time ... there's so much to learn from you ... for aspiring poets like me ...

The still air gets lonely when the wind is away..there is something fascinating, intriguing in all states of heart..both when it is quiet and when it is unkempt, moody and restless..beautiful poem.

it's a dreamy floaty lullaby here paul... loverly..

i let it float
to the edge of
dreamless slumber
and then i give in
to the inevitability
of the dark nightmare -

and then i dream
that everything's alright
and that your evidence
resides solely
in the darkness
of my night time.

how you evoke such profundity in such brevity is beyond me - and i am - once again - stumped - at your poetic skill!!!
