Summer

Summer

A Poem by Patricia
"

forgot to post, better late than never

"
A stand still
With hair set in motion
Colourful, flickering light
Opaque in devotion

Marvellousness in the air
Escaped from the mind
Floating in the temporary
Freedom in the wind

With clear sight
In the heat of the light
Maybe it might
In the heat of the night

Wonderfully descriptive, capturing the feeling perfectly. You write with beauty. The words float off of the page. Leaves a lasting impression. Feels like "summer" again. Well done.

This was nice Patricia, it has the free verse flow to it that I like so much in poems. Well done.
