Only dogs chase their talesA Poem by Patch SilverI have raped the lock, doleful, monopolizing. Nonchalant? Never believed to be. The psoriasis isn't getting it's attention. Tell me your plans, and I will destroy this man. Doltish! There's no immunity? Rapturously I will blunder, barren chasm I will fall. You cherubic imp, spend me to my hell. Folly! Folly! Those eyes! That body! I will never touch another! You inert F**k! Wake up! Apprehend this reality, integrity of this life! Have you no thirst? No ambition? Love is jaded, and I am jaded. You were true to me, You were the one. Salient edges of you are everywhere! Where am I to lie when all is staggered? This soul taste that of death, and yours life. Where has the blood drained but that of a slaughter Indispensable moments, all in which tie me down to your doorstep. You soporific! Were these lies? Am I sleeping? None of this holds true to our fable. Gone with the whispers of your lips. Never to be breathed again? Never to falter broken hearts.© 2012 Patch SilverReviews
