hints that speak of nothing

hints that speak of nothing

A Poem by We May Well Be The Ones

when you close your eyes
and breathe upon my lips I know you're home
can you justify
feeling different cause states make you unsure

I just don't think
that you are spitting out the truth
I'm so confused
everyday I'm with or without you

when you speak to me
your theraputic tones bless me with ease
but when you walk away
I'm so scared but inclined to take my leave

should I bury my dreams inside
the whispering fears I cry
I could love you 'til your bones die
but is it worth my time and life

A first read of yours and I am impressed with your ability to express your emotions so well through your words. Your poem flows with ease and asks direct questions in subliminal way. Very deep and personal. Enjoyed!
