Closure

Closure

A Poem by We are young.
"

I can't seem to feel right without writing this out.. so thats exactly what I did.

"
Did you taste my tears as I cried?
Did you feel the pain that ripped a gaping hole into me?
I bled on this very floor.
It was no ones fault but yours.
The ashes fall down around me.
As you spin me in circles, in this sick twisted game.
My mind begs for closure.
My heart begs for peace.
"Tell me you don't love me, you wont love me and that you never did love me."
"I can't."
"Do it.."
"I don't love you, I wont ever love you..."
Words of closure, bring my heart to a stop.
Leaving the begging pleads from my chapped lips.
To make the aching pain stop.
Tears aren't enough,
Drugs cant replace the love that never was.
My soul com busts.
Take a look at us!
The hearts you left stitched up on the floor,
The people you loved.
Well I'll just be the person you lost.
"I don't love you, never do." I whisper.
The coldest hearts can't love, so you must not love a thing.
