Secret

Secret

A Poem by Jim Pike

I know a secret and I just can't keep the words
How I long to whisper like a feather on your curves
Comes an autumn breeze so soft into your ear
On this summer night I wish that you could hear
Feelings deep inside, words waiting  to convey
A secret to be told, the words I want to say

this is a cool and drafty piece, in how the language involved resembles the subject matter covered. each word a leaf whispering in the wind of the speaker. nice work.

So straightforward and sleek. I feel like it mixes inner feelings with touching romance.
Simply gorgeous.
