Say You Love Me

Say You Love Me

A Poem by Kat
"

Just another one of my random poems... (: Kinda getting my feelings out tho I'm not normally an angry person lol :D

"

Just yesterday

You said you loved me

Now you're crazy about her

But one has to wonder

Are you really?

You choose girls

Like you would choose a prized horse;

How do they look? What is their status?

But are you really

Trying to cover up your feelings

Because you still love me?

One has to wonder...

Are you really?

But

The way you throw out "I love you"'s

Bothers me the most

Like it's just some commonly used phrase

Do you know how much it hurts?

To have you say to me, "I love you",

Get my hopes up, and then crush them when

you turn to her, and to her, and to her, and

say, "I love you, too"?

When you say, "I love you," mean it.

I can't stand to look at you

Going out with those other girls

Don't you know I've been waiting here

In the wings

For you

So when she breaks up with you yet again,

Just know that I'll be here

for you

Just waiting....

This poem may be a tad confusing...just because it's basically me getting my feelings out, but :)
