GrenadineA Poem by paperwizardsGrenadine, oh grenadine Do I say what I think I mean? When my head bursts at the seam Will you be there like you’ve always been? Grenadine, oh berry wine Do I have what I say is mine? When the end comes at the end of time Will you comfort me, so sweet and fine? Berry wine, oh currant jam Am I who I say I am? When all is lost and lost is man Will you kiss me soft and keep me calm? Grenadine, oh cherry sweet Your stimulus keeps me on my feet It makes me laugh and sing and leap But is never enough for my heart to beat. © 2018 paperwizardsAuthor's Note
