Attraction= darkness x lonely-ness

Am I the only one who finds attraction in the dark?
Am I the only one, who finds attraction in the lonely-ones?
Lost in darkness,
Am I the only one who's lost in lonely-ness?
I keep on trying to.. And I hoped I loved her,
Slowly dying away, I killed her inside
And I know I'm selfish cause I know she loved me

Am Iii the only one lost in lonley-ness?
Hope for me is an underworld lost in darkness

Am I the only one who loves attention and feels like I can't get it
Center stage but no fulfillment
I fall for everyone of you hoping I hit ground and you catch me dearest!

Let time pass me by
There's still no fulfillment
Am Iii the only one who needs adrenaline!?!
Fuel me... Inject me with it, I'll lose me in it!
Nothing makes you feel more alive than to feel your own heart beating inside.
Lost in darkness
I lay my head on her chest, I hear her heart beat but I feel nothing inside.
Lost in lonley-ness
Am I the only one lost

Author's Note

I like writing about everything but I also really like writing things a little more down and dark. I listen to all genres of music and get inspiration from all around me. The world to me lately seems more lonely and sad than happy and I wanted to try and capture that feeling in these lyrics/poem.
