A Poem by Flora

Fire light and candle glow, lead me home,
down life's lonely road.
Where waiting for me through the door,
my children sit playing on the floor.
My husbands arms to hold me tight.
His lips to kiss me in the night.
As morning comes, I'm up with the dawn.
And dawns first light leads me steadily on.
Till once again to home I come.
My rock, my haven, my private kingdom.

This is beautiful, I enjoyed reading it. It sure does capture a wife's heart. A simple, happy life, the assurances that her family would be there to welcome her home :)S
