Who are you?

Who are you?

A Poem by Pandy7197
"

I am fake, they are a mistake

"

I am a polygon

The polygon of faces

Who am I?

I am whoever you want me to be

don't think I don't know who I am

I just know which sides to show you

the sides you will accept

There are many sides that are hidden

Shadowed by society

Hidden for fear of your rejection

I guarentee to myself your acceptance

by showing you what you want to see

pretend you don't do it

I call you a liar

Society has demands

So you conform

While I disguise myself

hiding behind my wonderful sides

I am a polygon

you are a sham

Author's Note

Pandy7197
maybe I am too harsh on society? Maybe I'm equally as guilty by pretending to conform, maybe I'm horrible for laughing at those who are what I show! hmmm the world may never know!

I can relate to this one. I create levels and bounderies to everyone I meet. I confront each person a different way based one what I think they want, and a lot of times I am very empathic enough to determine this. Deep, good job.

Everyone hides themselves in some aspect.
Everyone conforms themselves in some way.

It's just how we are.
