Phases of Lust.

Phases of Lust.

A Poem by Pandora E.
"

You came on to me like a wave, so strong at first but then slowly, you drifted back to sea.

"
It's late,
and I should get going,
but you're staring from across the room
and my legs are slowing.

It's late,
and I should be leaving,
but you're leaning in close
and my heart won't stop beating.

It's late,
and I should get going,
but we don't talk anymore
and my despair keeps growing.

It's late,
and I should be leaving,
but you're with her
and my eyes won't stop weeping.

I want to sit with you playing guitar in a folk song way while you sing these lines.
