about important people in mine and Phil's life

Maybe I didn't know
you all too well.
But I saw you cared.
I could tell.

Your grandson came
into my heart.
Nothing could
tear us apart.

I can see
you helped him grow.
He cares so much
about you, you know?

I watched as
he took care of you.
He loves you oh,
so much, it's true.

And maybe his heart
does feel pain.
And, yes, he wishes
you here again.

But he is happy
you moved on
to a better place
where there is no wrong.

So when you meet
my grandfather, dear,
at that fishing spot,
with water, clear

tell him I miss him
like everyone has.
Tell him as he
catches Bass.

Phil and I will
only cry
happy tears.
Do you know why?

Because we know
you are in
a better place
than we've ever been.

and I know,
as well as he,
when angel meets angel
there will be serenity.
