Am i calm?

am I trying to calm down or not

My head is clear and I can breath again.

I count to ten then say amen

I can feel the dagger revealing my anger.

Am I calm?

It's slowly coming to a halt

but..... I can't balt

If I try my best it will

come to rest.

Am I calm?

I am finally calm and can't do any harm 

I am not a ticking bomb and 

I am not ready to explode the load.

Am I calm?

I'm slowly releasing my anger.

I'm slowly trying to smile.

but its not easy

and its not fair but it's still there.

Am I calm?

I wrote this after a few of my angry poems It kind of helped me calm well at least I tried to calm down

there is so much pent-up anger in this poem, that crests and ebbs and flows, that confuses the subject about the certainty if she'll ever be able to overpower it with reason
