How to spot a Fae

How to spot a Fae

A Poem by Britteny

There are soe in this world I can say

Belong to the people of the fae

To name a few I couldn't

And by law I shouldn't

But to spot a fae

I can say

Look for eys that glow

Glimpse of wings in the wind blow

Wild and hapless long hair

A knowing smile that says they dare

But this is only looks

For now I've got you in my hooks

For me to say

You can spot a fae

Only in the looking way

Would be wrong any day

For a fae can blend in

It is not used to sin

But to protect from the world around

Until it's home bound

So believe in magic and wonder

Pretty soon you'll be under

The fae's watchful eye

Oh you spy!

You have tried

And caught the fae no lie!
