In Love with Do Wop

This is a light hearted poem *grin*

I'm in love with do wop

No it will never stop

Keep your trashy hip hop

Cause when I hear those melodies

Banging on those great white keys

My minds at the most ease

The quartets the trios

To their concerts we'd go

My what a show!

Of old school sound

We can swing round'

But don't pick and hound

Listen to their a capella

Harmonies playing start to swell a

Mellow sax plays so well

I'm in love with the great do wop

And their bop sho bops

Dip dippity dop!

It's not a bunch of nonsense crap

Do wop's cool it gets a dusty rap

But I will put an end to this mishap

Forever lives do wop

Never ever to stop!
