A great silver boat
nothing fancy to show off or gloat from point a to point be we would go broken air condition radio just for show My first taste of being free my first set of keys rolling wheels training wheels first troubles it you often healed through snow fog and rain you kept me so very sane until that fateful day that you would be called away A broken cradle my broken heart Driven away and sold for parts A new car shiny and blue became a replacement for you with all the bells and whistles you were given a unfair dismissal Deep in your engine lies a moral A lesson in humility that is immoral You may not have stood the test of time You may have been laughed at and past your prime But I could truly call you mine © 2018 BrittenyAuthor's Note
